Today is a day of solemn fasting and prayer for me. The elections tomorrow are of great importance. We are also going to our church tonight to pray as a family. Our church isn't having anything formal just an open sanctuary for prayerful hearts. Today a scripture kept coming to my mind that I hadn't read in a long time, but it is my prayer.
"And seek the peace of the city......................and pray to the LORD for it; for in its peace you will have peace." Jeremiah 29:5
